1.) They only have valet at their busiest times. We went for lunch at 2pm on Saturday, and we didn't have to worry about that. 2.) The atmosphere was nice and the food was excellent.
The ambiance its really nice. The food was amazing and the server did not missed a beat. Great service, great food and amazing drinks!
Located on the water in North Palm Beach off of US 1. Outside seating area is really nice with a large bar. We went with another couple and had a round of drinks while enjoying the outdoor ambiance. Watching the boats pass and dock at restaurant. My wife and I shared a house salad which was good. For mains our friends had the mahi and a burger. They said both were good. My wife had the Parmesan crusted grouper and said it was very good. I had the Jambalaya and it also was good. The food is not spectacular, but very good and with the ambience it's a solid 4.
The Server was attentive, the food and the view were perfect. Will definitely return.
The food has never disappointed us! The flavor is so good. The portions are amazing. The service is great very attentive. The view outside is breathtaking! We bring our guests here all the time. We live in Vero Beach. Awesome place to eat and beautiful atmosphere.
This place just keeps rolling along. A great spot on the river. Very romantic setting. Excellent menu. Service is better than most places with knowledgeable and friendly servers. We often split a salad and sandwich and they do a really nice job of presenting the split plates. One of the best grouper sandwiches around.
The restaurant is gorgeous - open air and on water - tropical lush even in November. Extended family came for Tgiving lunch. Seated on lower level which meant lots steep-stairs exercise to get to buffet (thank goodness my mom doesn't have mobility issues). Overall, the seafood saved the meal. Lots of variety: traditional Tgiving fare, grilled , steaks, ham - all very average. Loved the $5 sangria & Bloody Mary's. Chicken & waffles and raw seafood bar (nephews ate way too many oysters- workers couldn't shuck fast enough!) were outstanding. Setting, service: 5 stars Food: 3 stars Overall: 4 stars
This was my third time at Frigate's Waterfront Bar and Grill, and it's quickly becoming a favorite. My first visit was for brunch, and the last two times were for lunch. Honestly, I want to try everything on the menu. This is definitely a case of my eyes being bigger than my belly, hence the multiple trips back to sample something new each time. I've tried a variety of dishes, including the Cracked Conch fried with spicy sauce, smoked fish dip with carrots, celery, jalapeños, and pepperoncini peppers, and the Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad with shaved fennel, roasted macadamia nuts, fig vinaigrette, grape tomatoes, and crumbled bacon. The fish and chips, Lobster Roll, Macadamia & Coconut Grouper Sandwich, and Crunchy Shrimp Roll have all been highlights as well. Frigate's is a great place to enjoy the warm breeze under the palm trees or beers and TVs under the thatched roof outdoor bar overlooking the water. The staff and service are excellent, and the relaxing vibes make it a perfect spot to unwind. Can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing food!
